Informative note in compliance with Art. 13 of Law n. 196/2003  

Law n. 196 of June 30, 2003 (Code for the Protection of Personal Data) ensures that personal data is processed in respect of the person's rights, fundamental freedoms and dignity, particularly with regard to confidentiality and personal identity. According to this law, your personal data shall be processed according to the principles of correctness, lawfulness, and transparency and protection of your privacy and rights.

We wish to inform you that:

• data collected on registration, summarized hereafter in an exemplified way: first and last name, sex, birth date and birth place, nationality, address, home phone number, mobile phone number, level of education, professional experience, etc.
• CV data or any other sort of data attached are used for these purposes :
  • access to personalized services of the Brevini Internet website.
  • execution of all activities regarding management of your candidacy for possible hiring by this company or its subsidiaries.
• processing through data collection and subsequent processing on paper or through electronic means.
• processing that includes transmission of data to Human Resources staff involved in hiring personnel for the company or subsidiaries.   The data shall not be communicated or disseminated to third parties.

At any time, you can exercise your rights with the owner according to Art. 7 of Decree Law n. 196 of June 30, 2003, which we include here for your convenience.

Right to Access Personal Data and Other Rights

1. The person has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence of personal data that concerns him, even if still not recorded, and its communication in an intelligible form.

2. The person has the right to be informed:
a) of the source of the personal data;
b) of the purposes and methods of the processing;
c) of the logic applied in the processing, if carried out with the help of electronic means;
d) of the identification data concerning the owner, persons responsible and designated representative as per Article 5 (comma 2);
e) of the subjects and categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be transmitted or are privy to said information as the designated representative in the territory of the State, as persons responsible or persons entrusted with the processing.

3. The person has the right to obtain:
a) updating, correction or, if interested, integration of data;
b) cancellation, transformation in an anonymous format, or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including information unnecessary for the purposes for which the data was collected or processed;
c) certification to the effect that the operations as per letters a) and b)   and their contents have been notified to the parties to whom the data was communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the protected right.

4. The person has the right to object, entirely or in part:
a) to the processing of his personal data for legitimate reasons, even if pertinent to the purpose for which the data was collected;
b) to processing of his personal data for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales materials, making market surveys, or sending commercial materials.  

The rights referred to in Article 7 may be exercised by making an informal request to the owner or person responsible for the processing, also through a delegated person, to whom a suitable response must be provided without delay.

The request made to the owner or person responsible for the processing can also be sent by registered letter, fax or email.
